Below are 10 of the 100 healthy ideas listed on the AccentHealth website that they posted to celebrate their 100th show. Check them out! There are some fun and easy tips that will help you get moving a little more often.

Healthy Tip #1 Set a goal of trying one new fruit or vegetable every week

Healthy Tip #2 Keep a bowl of fruit on your desk at work

Healthy Tip #3 Switch from ice cream to frozen yogurt

Healthy Tip #4 Substitute sweet potatoes for regular baked potatoes or fries. You'll get more Vitamin A.

Healthy Tip #5 Get more fiber. Add canned beans or a handful of nuts to your salad.

Healthy Tip #6 Take the stairs, not the elevator.

Healthy Tip #7 Don't e-mail your office mate. Walk down the hall and deliver the message personally.

Healthy Tip #8 Get a dog. Commit to walking 10 minutes in the morning and 20 minutes at night.

Healthy Tip #9 Buy a soccer ball. Kick it with your kids or a neighbor.

Healthy Tip #10 Buy shoes at the end of the day when your feet are more swollen from use.

Laura - I hope you don't have a knee injury - that stinks!

Did a long run with the running club this morning - it was not fun - I must be having an "off" day - don't ya'll have those sometimes - where your run/workout just exhausts you and is painful the entire time? Ugh.

Bed at 11:15 up at 7:30. 8 3/4 hours.
Dreamed a LOT this morning!

Got new shoes yesterday. They're pretty stiff but made my old shoes feel like they were pulp. Wearing my IT band band and taking a few days off. I'm determined! Thanks for the good wishes Laura.

I definitely know about the off days!
It helps to have a group to push you a little though.
