Hello Blog Friends and my dear Love Affair Ladies,

I have to come on here and say I'm so sorry for completely neglecting my posts this week!  I've been at our Love Affair Workshop and had an amazing time that included every day being about a 17 hour day.  I would come back to my room and fall into bed...and promptly forget what day it was and even that there was a world moving on outside of the Love Affair Workshop.

It was a fantastic week filled with beautiful women and life changing moments that I'm very blessed to have been apart of...thank you to all of the women who attended Love Affair.  It was so difficult to see you leave our safe little haven and at the same time I felt like a proud parent watching my child walk out into the world and do beautiful, blessed, sweet things...without fear.

I miss you all...

sweet. LIFE.

You have such a gift. Thanks for sharing. Sounds like an incredible week. You inspire me and I'll be moving on Monday with yoga in the evening and a walk in the morning.

I really want to come to the next one. REALLY REALLY.

It was sooo wonderful! I'm still riding the Love Affair high..and I don't think my husband was prepared for the level of motivation I was going to come back with! Oh, and saw your family 'piling out of the van' as we left - truly precious. Thank you so much!!!!

Back from Tahoe and a different kind of journey. Wish I could have joined you in Atlanta. I love that spiritual, personal growth, bonding kinda thing. :)

Feeling tired but did my stomach tape and situps anyway. Felt better. Then went for a family bike ride trying to keep my oldest from crashing into anyone or anything, both near misses! I forget how you have to learn "etiquette" for this kind of thing. It was so fun to have our family exercise together.
