how did this happen?
I gained weight over the holiday. I thought that I had been pretty careful about how much I was eating. I also walked everyday. I ate and exercised but I obviously ate too much and didn't exercise enough! I've got to get back to the basics tomorrow morning!
How about you? It's not too late! We can lose weight through the holidays...I just know it!

Hey Davina!! yeah!! your blog is working and Matt and Freda's wedding is just amazing. Beautiful, documentation. love it. Just wanted to say, don't get frustrated with the weight. You are totally walking and probably doing that "muscle weighs more than fat" thing. I danced my whole life and the muscle we build from the tightening and strengthening of our muscles can be frustrating on the scale!!! just thought you should know that you're doing great and don't get frustrated :) FOR SURE it will all kick in!!! deb :)
How are you? My thoughts are avoid the scale over the holidays and enjoy! We spent Thanksgiving in San Diego. Are you all settled in now?

I think I must have just eaten way too much salt or something. I'm back down to where I was before the Holiday weekend. yay!! And I'm back into the routine which is nice.
