new ideas.

I've been working on a couple of ideas the last month or so and I can't wait to share.  It's going to be a bit before it all gets pulled together.  I can't wait to share....

This time of year is so beautiful.  There are new scents on the breeze that promise cooler temperatures, fun holidays, and more playing outside.

Make sure to enjoy the chance to exercise outdoors again with these perfect weather.  There are blue skies, puffy white clouds, the last of the roses, pretty burnt orange and hot pink leaves, a bit of green grass after the rains, and lovely air to smell.

I don't want to miss it!

What beautiful things are you enjoying when you are out?

beautiful. LIFE.

i love driving with the windows down, and sleeping with the windows open a crack and snuggling in my flannel PJs. :)

DAVIN-AAAAA.

I'm moving it .... where are the rest of you??? It's a slammin' busy time of year and I'm proud of keeping on task. At least 3 totally kickin' workouts this week. My brain has no mental capacity to remember if I've worked out more times than that. So sorry!

Karen, I told you. I'm busy eating brownies.

I need my booty kicked.

I did go out for a 20 minute walk this morning. A big step up from what I've been doing...which is nothing.

I'm pretty proud of my 20 minutes. Ask me tomorrow. I'm planning to walk tomorrow.

Way to go Karen. I'm proud of you. Way to workout even when you're crazy busy. That's awesome!! :)
