these are so much fun!! great job ladies.
Yesterday yielded more walking than I anticipated. We disc golfed for 1 hour 15 minutes, but we walked around several stores waiting for the rain to subside. So ... maybe another hour there. Sheesh. Oh well, good for the body, right?

I was going to go to the gym today. Really. After dinner. Except my plans were foiled when hubby's car pooped out. Bleh. So now what?
Well, I refused to give up! Did arm weights around the house ... then spent 45 minutes on cardio/mowing the lawn.

Yo, I'm back on the wagon. :) 30 minutes of yoga and a pounding 30 minutes on the bike. Whew! I'm exhausted! Maybe this offsets the ice cream + pizza I had for my birthday? ;)
