Hi,
Are the PDF's something that the clients can fill out in the computer & e-mail back to me, or would they need to print it to fill out then mail it back?
I am thinking that I will probably buy the couples GTKY kit... I am also interested in the family lifestyle questionnaire mentioned above. Any chance that there is some sort of package deal to get both? Just asking :)
Thanks!
Lisa
Hey Lisa, I'm pretty sure all PDF viewers allow you to add comments directly into any PDF (I've had clients do it with their questionnaires). You do this by opening the PDF, click on Tools, then Annotate, and Add Note. That creates a text box they can place anywhere and they're pretty cute!
Thanks, Lori! Lisa, I've done both ways with my clients. Some fill out the questionnaire and send it back to me via email, some send it to me via regular mail.
