His theory is that people can change their attitude with attitude training spread out over a year...and that the training will prolong their lives.

Oh, and my biggest victory? that I did not gain a pound ... or even half a pound from yesterday. HECK YEAH!
Totally rocked it out today ..... food on plate. Healthy veggie soup for dinner. With monster salad.
AND worked out for 32 minutes on the bike. 6 1/4 miles. plus some time on the weights. Day after thanksgiving the gym is EMPTY. ;)

Had a reasonable Thanksgiving meal. Not too over the top. I would consider it a smaller "Thanksgiving" meal than normal. Left food on my plate.
Tonight we had soba noodles with leftover turkey, green beans and Annie's peanut sauce. It was a light healthy dinner. Easy too!
