the prize.

So...I want everyone to be consistent...that's the real goal!  I knew I needed to have a prize that would be consistent so that you every time you saw it you would be reminded of what a great job you're doing of consistently getting off your booty.

So here are the details for the contest....

TO WIN:  The person who is totally consistent at doing 20 minutes of walking 6 days a week, taking smaller portions, leaving some food on your plate, and posting every Monday here on the blog about you progress for one month.

THE PRIZE:  You get a subscription to your two favorite magazines!  (they come to your mailbox consistently every month... New idea. )

This is totally doable and fun!  Stay with me!

fun. LIFE.

Davina you rock! I've been following your blog for some time now, and you have motivated and helped me to be a better photographer, as well as push myself physically!! Thanks!

I'm in. I really need this motivation, and I'm very competitive. :) Do we need to send pics or anything to show progress?
THANK YOU!!!

I think this is fabulous! You can count me in! I'm with Kelly and am VERY competitive. Can we substitute 20 minutes of walking with running or weight training at the gym and still get our spiffy magazines? I would assume so since we're still getting off our couch and getting ready for swimsuit season. . .

What a great idea! I'm in also. I can't tell you how much a good magazine helps the time pass when you're doing cardio at the gym :)

What a great prize. I'm late for Monday's post. I have been walking constantly. A pedometer is great by the way. It keeps you motivated to add a few numbers each day. I really recommend it. I also recommend www.thedailyplate.com It's free and you can track your calorie consumption and even add your workouts.

Thank you Davina. I'm glad I discovered your blog.
