The women I mentored....
Week two was such an interesting and fun experience. During mentoring sessions women had such varied issues but a similar thread running through their sites and their approach to business and life. For me a huge change took place about 18 months ago that made me more focused in so many ways....for me it's a huge secret of my success. I shared it with each of these determined, strong women and I'm excited to see where their paths take them over the next couple of years.

The posts look great and the sessions wonderful. I too have noticed a shift in color recently when posting to my blog. It seems to be intermittant, can't figure it out. May be LR colors, not sure. The color seems to run flat and green. I have tried to compensate before I post but that gets extreme too. Meanwhile other photos post fine. Let me know what you figure out.
