Maria and Umair have so many wonderful little traditions. And Umair is quite the romantic. Maria told me about all of the wonderful things that Umair has done to celebrate their love. In another shoot we're going to cover all of the wonderful traditions that they've been celebrating...cookies, flowers, dancing, and fast red sports cars. So watch for that!
Maria made Umair a scarf with a Bird of Paradise flower on it. Ever since then he always buys her Bird of Paradise flowers. And a shop keeps them in stock just for him...and that's just the beginning of the romance! Maria loves to ride bikes and be outside. Umair goes along because he loves her. (Romeo at Ye Olde Fashion Bike Shoppe on Historic 25th Street loaned us the very cool bike!)
Maria and Umair are beginning a business that is completely new in Utah. Building ecological homes called Green Homes. For part of our shoot we were looking for some images that would be perfect for their new business life.
Green. Life.

what a lovely couple! they look so happy together and it sounds like they have a romantic story :-) i love the shots in the grass, by the green fence, and the eyes/nose shots in front of the brick wall. but my favorite is #1. so sweet!
