sneak peek: kayaks and lakes
perfect day.
It was the perfect day for going out on the lake. Before that though we hung out doing other fun things like beating African drums, messing around on the guitar, and playing with the light in the backyard.
Hanging out at the lake as the sun went down and hit the lake with gorgeous light on the softly rippling waves was so relaxing. I can see why Ansel loves to spend his time there as often as he gets the chance.

love affair family.
This is such a sweet family. I talked to Nina before our session and asked her what they all liked to do together. Hanging out together, snuggling on a couch, laughing were all favorites.
The thing that's amazing about them is this...Nina and Marq have only been married for two years. You wouldn't know it from the way these kids absolutely adore Marq. The safety and love that they've created in their home is so apparent when you spend time with them.

I love getting to hang out with girls. They are so much fun to watch interact and laugh and play.
Erin is in the process of doing some great marketing for her company, Myers Park Mortgage. For her new look she wanted to get some new images that showed off her personality and what she loves to do.
Some of her biggest loves...being with her sweet girls and shopping. (she can snowboard something crazy good...but we'll have to wait until it snows for that)

There was no cheerleading practice for Mallory the day we had our photo shoot but I think she may have felt like she got one in anyway!
This girl can jump and tuck and spin and do things with her body that are just incredible. I would definitely break myself...
