Hello Rebecca, Thanks for your question.Connecting with your client is doing anything that makes them feel more comfortable with you. Talking about them, what they're interested in and what they like is one of the most important things you can do. If you can come from that place with them it will come across in your relationship with them in front of and behind the camera. This is one of the tips in my kit.
